Now, she is Director & CFO in S.Sony & Co.Pvt.Ltd and also Director & Founder of Ashhiwka Foundation. Which is a Non profit Organisation Working on emotional/mental well-being of children & survivors of domestic abuse. Shama has always believed in giving back to the community in her own way, she continues to inspire and drive change, leaving an indelible mark on the nonprofit sector. She is more than just a leader, she is a visionary who sees beyond the immediate and works tirelessly towards a brighter future.
